Designing pleasant live/work enivironments

Eco Partnership believes urban design is about creating sustainable and attractive environments. These would also be sympathetic to their context and surrounding historic built forms, but also focus on improving the quality of life now and for future occupants, to provide a positive 'sense of place'.

Delivering a sustainable development requires an understanding of how successful villages, towns and cities work. We aim to create robust, public and private spaces and buildings, to enable these environments to provide positive places for people to live and work in, and meet the demands of future social, environment and economic needs.

We have experience in providing medium and high density schemes with reduced car dependency, resulting in schemes which are generally mixed use, eco-conscious with improved landscaping, natural drainage, bio-diversity and energy efficient.

We work in partnership with local authorities, developers and builders to create communities that are safe and attractive environments; created through connecting buildings and open spaces that provide a welcoming environment for both the individual and the wider community.
